General Terms

Bookings and Availability

• Our transportation services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure vehicle availability and preferred schedules, especially for games and major events.

Payment Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• Full payment must be completed at least one week prior to the scheduled service date.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and approved digital payment options.
• Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees.

Hourly Service and Overtime Charges

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and Sprinter vans unless otherwise stated.
• Certain peak dates, stadium events, and specialty vehicles may require longer minimum booking times.
• Service time is billed in full-hour increments after the minimum time.
• Late-night services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include an additional surcharge.

Holiday and Long-Distance Travel

• Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our operating base may incur additional mileage and travel-time fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfer cancellations require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Hourly Rentals and Event Transportation

• Cancellations within 30 business days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 15 business days of the service date will be charged the full amount.
• All stadium events, concerts, proms, and major sports event bookings are non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

• All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by Stadium Limo ATL.
• Changes requested directly with the chauffeur are not permitted.

Cleaning and Damage Fees

• Eating and smoking are not permitted inside any vehicle.
• Smoking will result in a mandatory cleaning fee.
• Excessive cleaning due to sickness may result in an additional cleaning charge.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.

Waiting Time and Additional Stops

Complimentary Waiting Time

• 15 minutes for residential, hotel, and office pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.
• 60 minutes for international flight arrivals.

Additional Stops

• Each additional stop within a reasonable distance may incur an extra charge.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communications from Stadium Limo ATL, you agree to receive text messages related to booking confirmations, schedule updates, reminders, and billing notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time or reply HELP for assistance.

Safety and Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
• Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Liability

• Stadium Limo ATL is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other uncontrollable events.
• In the event of a vehicle issue, a comparable replacement will be provided when possible.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery.

Final Agreement

By using Stadium Limo ATL services, you agree to all terms listed above. Any concerns or written complaints must be submitted within 12 hours of service completion. Thank you for choosing Stadium Limo ATL. We look forward to serving you.
